Opportunities by Region
Core Foundry is targeting a portfolio of BTM and utility driven solutions in scaled incremental Phases of 300 MW each, on up to 1 GW across strategic underserved regions of the United States.
Our three phase execution plan will lead with proven power land & entitlements in hand - DAY 1
No hype - just actionable delivery capacity
Each Site Carries with it proven powered land delivery within a defined window of 18-30 months.
All of our planned sites will mandate ability to secure state based Data Center Incentive programs, with assignable long term utility agreements to the customer at sub $0.13/kWH and effective access to talent within ~100 miles.

His background spanning 17 years in digital infrastructure and 9 year in capital markets include senior roles across institutional data center platforms and investment banking, with a focus on translating power-led opportunities into financeable development strategies.

COO
Chris brings 25+ years of electrical infrastructure and mission-critical execution experience. He has built and led companies delivering complex power back up systems and infrastructure solutions across hyperscale, Large Language Model, and edge data center environments, with a focus on mission critical HP/ AI modular deployment, systems & operational execution, and scalable delivery in 50, 100 and 300 MW blocks .

Jaime brings 30+ years of experience across mission-critical power, clean energy, UPS systems, energy storage, and large-scale power deployment across platforms deployed in active use by the Cloud Service Providers. His three plus decades of in the trenches experience building solutions for hyperscale customers supports our ability to offer 800 VDC power architecture, with resiliency, and BTM strategies.
